Many drivers have a Roadside Assistance plan, through their insurance company or cellular provider.  Sometimes the service is excellent, other times, not so much.  If you have roadside assistance but they neglect to arrive within an hour, you have the option to choose another tow company and your plan MUST reimburse you.
